TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read carefully before commissioning. Upon commissioning, you accept all the following:- Payment upfront via PayPal (invoice).
- Art style may variate.
- Price will increase depending of the character's details.
- Extra charges would be applied if I find your character more detailed or the time taken for it is longer than expected.
- Credit is highly appreciated.
- As the client, you can use the commission for personal use only.
- As the artist, I can upload the commission to my websites with your mention as the commission owner.
- Reproducing, modifying, or tracing the commissioned piece in any form is not allowed.
- If you want me to keep the commission confidential, an extra fee of 15% will be applied.
- Working time is 1-3 months depending on your slot and it might take more.
- Please allow a response time of 1-5 working days. (I don't answer dm's on weekends)
- I work on a first come, first served basis. Don't be surprised if I haven't started working on your order yet even after 2 or 3 weeks, especially if you are around the last spots on the queue.
- I have the right to decline a commission without stating my reason.
- No refunds allowed
- I can work on rush orders that will be completed within 1-2 weeks. Rush orders will have an extra 50% charge of the total order price. (If needed much earlier, deadline and rates can be discussed).

I will draw: Any OC, fanart, kemonomimis, real people, light nudity / suggestive, NSFW (selective, price x1.5~2).
I won't draw: Anthro, furry.- Simple backgrounds are included.
- COMMERCIAL WORK INCLUDES:
+ Merchandise
+ Art / Graphic made for shops or any business-related work/ original domain websites.
+ Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.
+ YouTube / Twitch assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.- Waitlist: I indicate when it's opened. Waitlist can be observed in the queue.
Please remind that If you're on the waitlist and don't reply within 24 hours after I notified you I'm taking commissions again, you lose your slot.

PROCESS

1. Fill and send the form through Twitter DM @sadppy_y or my email [email protected] (Twitter is preferred).
2. I will send you the invoice and once payment has been sent I will start working on your commission.
3. I will send you the sketch. Check if it needs changes and then continue working on it.
4. Commission is finished. I will send it for a second review. Needed changes will be done and commission will be completed.
5. Finished commission will be sent via e-mail with a transparent version of it.Note: I will only send the completed commission after you've paid any extra charges. (If any)
